We do! We try to keep postage costs as low as possible for international customers so all orders are shipped as standard economy international as default, however there is the option to upgrade your shipping to tracked. If you do not upgrade to tracking please note we can unfortunately not be held responsible or provide a replacement if your package goes missing or arrives late.

We also cannot be held responsible for covering any possible customs charges or VAT you may incur by purchasing from an international store.

Yes! We are huge animal lovers so will never create products or use ingredients that are tested on animals and all ingredients are completely vegan friendly. 
We take price in making Bathe Enchanted a very eco-friendly small business. All products are wrapped in 100% home biodegradable/compostable wood pulp clear wrap which is sustainably sourced and manufactured. This means it doesn't need composting industrially which a lot of other 'eco-friendly' options require. The packaging is also marine safe and secured with a paper label, also biodegradable. Products are then packaged in a completely biodegradable and recyclable cardboard box and secured with paper tape. Products are protected with potato starch based packing 'peanuts' which can be disposed of by running them under warm water in your sink and are again, 100% marine safe.  

My products are all safety assessed by professionals to ensure they are skin safe. We use ingredients specifically designed to be kind to sensitive skin and display the full list of ingredients and allergens on the product label of each product as well as in the description of all products.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check all ingredients and allergens listed in each product description to decide for yourself whether the product will be suitable for your skin type because no one knows you better than you! I recommend using any product on a small patch of skin first before using on the rest of your body if you are prone to reactions.

Yes! If you are looking for a custom product for an occasion, subscription box etc then feel free to get in touch via my wholesale page.

I also offer the option of bulk buying for events such as weddings, birthdays etc and offer discounts depending on the quantity you wish to purchase. Again please get in contact via the wholesale page which provides information on what details I need to know to help.  

Please note if you are looking to purchase our products as wholesale and sell them without advertising that they are made by Bathe Enchanted, your request will unfortunately be denied. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you ever have any issues with your order please don't hesitate to get in contact with any problems you might have so we can resolve. 

Of course! we absolutely love hearing all of your creative ideas and so many of your ideas have already made their way into the shop. we would love Bathe Enchanted to continue to not only be an enjoyable place to shop, but also a community of magical bath lovers so go ahead, get in contact via our 'contact us' page or instagram! 

Although it states that my dispatch time is 3-5 days, I generally get all orders out 1-2 days after they are placed, sometimes even the same day! From time of dispatch, UK orders can take anywhere between 2-7 days and international can take 5-14 days to arrive from date of dispatch.
Please bear in mind due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the postal system may experience delays due to reduced staff levels as a result of social distancing measures in place.

If you wish to cancel your subscription anytime simply log into your account, head to the 'My Subscriptions' page and you will be able to cancel it there, alternatively you may select to skip a month if you are going on holiday or aren't a fan of the next theme. If you have any issues please don't hesitate to contact us and we can help with anything needed.
